Can someone please help me.....
My wife was working for a pub/restaurant. It is owned by a limited company, but the married couple who own the limited company are no longer together.
To cut a long story short, the wife (partner of the Ltd company) took on the pub, dissapeared, pub closes down, and when I speak to her ex husband who owns the Ltd company, he washes his hands of the situation and says he has no money to pay my wifes wages. They owe her over £250 !!!
I dont seem to be getting anywhere, and was wondering if anyone could give me advice that will not cost.
