Illinois : A business is evicted and the owner is granted immediate possession by the courts. How long does the tenant have to get their stuff out of the building? It is for a friend of mine that had this happen to her today and she couldn't get help to empty the building today, is there a limit or does the possessions become property of the landlord? If she loses the equipment, she loses her business !!
