I'm doing some informal research for a series of articles on being successful mastering the technology of communication in today's business environment. Cell phones, Twitter, IM, conference calls, video conferencing, and so on.
The question for you is: What are some things that drive you crazy about the way people use communication technology?
Examples:
- That guy with the Blue Tooth headset on the subway, nearly shouting as he struggles to participate in a call. Unfortunately, everyone within 20 feet is *also* in on the call.
- The gal in the back of the conference room barely looking up from her Blackberry as she "participates" in the meeting.
What do you struggle with?
