search for a property for me? Hello,
I'm having a dilemma. I heard about 2 great realtors in a specific city in Ontario, Canada where I want to buy an apartment building. I am a strong believer that two people are almost always better than one. Is there a fair way to hire both realtors without any disappointments later? how should I present it to them so that both are okay looking for a property for me? the challenge is the fact that if I hire both of them, then one of them will eventually NOT get the deal. THANKS.
