I have an Associates Degree in Business and 5 years experience as a Supervisor. I would like to move up into a Manager position so I am wondering if it would be better to go back to school and get my Bachelors Degree or would it be better to get certificates such as Project Management, Leadership, etc...
PS my company doesn't require a Bachelor Degree for Manager but I am sure it is a added bonus.
