J Jordyn New member May 18, 2010 #1 My stomach has had this burning feeling for almost 24 hours, I've tried taking tums and such. I can barely eat, drink, and sometimes breathing even causes my stomach to burn. It really hurts, what can be causing this pain. I'm 20 years old.
