Hey, ok heres the deal. I have a Sony Handycam that shoots 720x480 video, I use Sony Vegas Movie Studio Platinum Pro 9 to edit my movies. So, I was wondering 2 things:
1.) What are the best rendering settings for a medium file size and good quality?
2.) I have a 50" HDTV, so since my camera is only 720x480, how do I get it to have those black bars on the side on the screen like it does when you are on an HD channel but the show was not shot in HD? (I use Sony DVD Architect for my DVD's)
