yes you can its not illegal every ps2 disk sais unauthorized copying is illegal but you can copy there is no point though you cant play copied games you need a chip

No u can not burn ps2 games on ur computer and no it is illegal the game is designed for a ps2 unless u want to buy something that burns ps2 games estimating at about $300 but as i sed it illegal

Yes, you can, and no, it's obviously not legal.
I don't recall if it requires modding or not (though it most likely does, and almost certainly on the newer Slim PS2s).
