Burning pain in my feet when I jumped off a swing?

I was at a playground and jumped off a swing. When I landed, I got this searing, intense pain in my feet. I had to sit down for a while and my feet still hurt. It was really cold out, so maybe that had something to do with it? I don't know, I'm just a little freaked.
Anyone know what this is??
