burning calories through diet and exercise plz help!!?

hi there i am 24 and weight 12 st 6lb and am 5ft 6in. i am eating a healthy diet of 1200 cal a day and doin full body exercise on a multi gym for 40 min a day and walking approx 30min a day. how many calories will i be burning and how much weight and how quick can i expect to lose it. i would like to lose a stone and tone up
