I have a hiatus hernia and acid reflux. Only recently been diagnosed after numerous trips to the doctors and a few consultants visits.
At the moment my main symptoms are burping and a burning throat. It doesnt necessarily occur after eating, I feel it from the moment I wake up and my stomach wakes up. Whether the burping is the cause of the burning or just a symptom of the hernia I don't know but it is really horrible!!
