So while I feel the need to defend myself on the charges I will refrain since im sure it makes little difference. My lawyer got the DA and judge to agree to drop my charges as long as I join the military. I had every intention of doing so and have been trying to but the military is not accepting people right now and the branch that is accepting people said that my case may keep me from joining. My question is this, if it turns out that I cant join what can I do? I am also running out of time since he gave me 120 days so should I call and ask for more time or different conditions? I don't know if it helps but I am in college at the moment. Any advice would be great. thanks in advance.
