Bunch of problems with myself

I can't tell what's wrong with me. Please look at my symptoms
• Can't breathe out of my nose, Can't smell
• I rarely have feelings for anything, I'm depressed And have ADD testing coming up.
• My spine and neck feels messed up, I got x-rays that will come in Monday.
• Can't tell when I am hungry or thirsty
• I freeze up when I talk to someone

• I don't even have thoughts for myself?

I take no medication, And am not allergic to anything.
I grew up with secondhand smoke All my life.

Get into your family Gp and get a good physical. You probabaly have sinus problems if you can't breath out of one nostril.
There are meds that can help with the depression whic will also help with the lack of feeling about anything. The test for ADD will also help be resolved with meds and coping strategies. All of these things can be overcome if you can enough to work at it...
