bumps on nose

My daughter is broke out around and in her nose. the inside of her left nostril his covered in sores. She has a few bumps on the left side of her nose, top and bottom of her lip. The bumps have popped and have left small sores, except for the one in her nose. It is leaving a yellow crust and is now bleeding. Can you please help
 
I was going to suggest the possibility of cold sores, too.

Maybe a doctor will give her a prescription for Valtrex.

Also, some people find a supplement sold at health-food stores called Lysine helpful.

But definitely go to a doctor.
 
Does she have pain? Any cold or flu symptoms BEFORE this came out? Could be shingles.

I would see a doctor. It may not be shingles but if it is it's not in the best place. Shingles also usually causes pain and burning in the area before the rash appears. You do not want this to go to her eye. The fact that it is one sided makes me very suspicious. I have had it in the same place.
