bumper adjustment honda accord euro 2003?

the bumper on my 2003 honda accord luxury is saging down, is there a way i can adjust it so it sits normally again ?? The saging im talking about is mainly around the lights, there is a gap between the light cover and the bumper, and this is what im trying to fix
