bump in inner thigh

after taking a shower found a bump probably the size of a quarter in my inner thigh right where the creases are between thigh and testicles. felt kind of hard very little pain it went down in size but still feels hard what is this?

I am a woman,but I have a large bump/lumpp like that inside my upper thigh.It is a lymph node that is swollen.A dr. years ago put me on an antibiotic especially made for skin.It was called duricef(sp?)..it made the lump drain and it went down from the size of a large marble to the size of a dime.After so many years though it's back to being big again,but my dr. said to just leave it be.Seeings it's not painfulI don't worry about it,but it looks gross.
