Has anyone ever had a bulged disc that got better on its own or through some sort of routine other than surgery?
I have an L4/5 broad based bulge causing pain in lower back and right hip. But the doctor says it is NOT hitting the nerve. I had previous surgery at that level in 2001, a microdiscectomy with laminectomy and I was doing GREAT until about 1 year ago. I cannot bend forward without severe pain.
