bulge or lump next to testicle

hey you guys i dont know if im posting in the right place but, yesterday i found this bulge or lump next to my testicle. basically inbetween my thigh and testicle so its not on the actual testicle. when i press on it it hurts a little bit but nothing major. what do i do? what can it be? im sure its not a pimple.

never been hit. its a little bigger than a quarter but not really round. its long. i just noticed it last night so i cant tell if its getting bigger. im only 21 if that matters

is it in the same sac as a testicle, and on or stuck to it?

no not on testicle or stuck to it its inbetween my thigh and the testicle. its random and its alone.
