I have been messing around a bit with uploading pics using the built in flickr client. Discovered today that if you do not have the image upload size set to 'original' it will be distorted when uploaded. I tested the same image uploaded as medium and original, view the results here
also this image was taken with the new firmware, there is a picture of the same shot taken before the update, however it was taken at a different time on a different day, so its not a direct comparison but gives you an idea.
