I was just wondering. Do you need to do multiple exercises to build lots of muscle, or can you just do a lot of one exercise to build nice muscle mass. I can't afford a gym membership and I'm trying to build leg muscle. Can I just do Squats to build really big quads? Or do I need to do a lot more. To get great muscle growth, how many sets of one exercise should I do?
