I live in Massachusetts and am building a 23X14 fence for my eagle scout project, I was wondering what the requirnments are for building a 4 ft tall chainlinked fence, I need spacing between posts, depth of hole, do i need sonna tubes, is there any other laws that I must see about that I have not metioned? thank you for your time.
