Is the '92-93 3.3L V-6 essentially just a 3.7" bore short deck 3.8L of the same year? Will the internals (cam, bearings, oil pump, crank, gaskets) and externals (heads, intake on naturally aspirated engines, gaskets) interchange between blocks? If the 3.3L's bore of 3.7" was taken out to the 3800's 3.8" bore, could the 3800's rotating assembly be used in the 3300"s block?
