Buick GNX only 6 thousand miles for 11 grand?

a dealer is selling a gnx for 11K and he says it only has 6k on it.... This seems kinda fishy...

I mean aren't GNX worth all lot more especially with only 6 k
i emailed the person and they reply with the price tag of about 11 grand.
