my uncle bought a buick park avenue its no older than a 1995. he left the car in my backyard and it has been there for about three years. the car is in bad condition.last year i stuck my arm through the open window and unlocked the door. when i did this the car alarm went off.it was ringing for a long time but eventually stopped.now someone has locked the doors. i am wondering if i stick my arm back trough the window will the alarm sound again. when i unlock the door from the inside out
