i honestly would cut the menu down with 3 main choices it prob would cut down on price along do a fish chicken and beef but its your day it overall is a great choices

my sister did three choices and it was more then enough for us she had a tropical ham stuffed chicken breast and roast beef.

My mouth is watering! This food is right up my alley and I'm considering a very similar menu.

First, I would pick the Chicken Marsala over Chicken Francaise. On a personal level, I just like Marsala better.

As for the other options, I would not do five main courses. I would stick with chicken, because it's a good standby. Then, I would do 3 other choices : Stuffed Sole, Roast Pork and Eggplant Rolitini.

You cover all basis with just 4 choices. You cover people that always pick chicken, you please the meat eaters with the roast pork and the fish eaters have the stuffed sole. You also have the vegetarian option with the Eggplant Roltini.

Now, I would consider some of the other options, but as different sides. I would offer the Cavetelli and Broccoli or go with a different pasta option. I know Penne Vodka is usually a big hit at weddings and that's what I'm considering for the pasta course.

Also, make sure you throw a vegetable into the mix. I would suggest green beans or steamed broccoli. Also, add a mashed potato or little roasted red potatoes.

I also love the Sausage and Peppers idea and it is usually a big hit with guests. How about doing mini Sausage and Pepper sandwiches for cocktail hour?

Your food sounds delicious!! Can I come to the wedding?

Hi. I was wondering what your opinion was on our food choices for our wedding next September. We've chosen:

Roast Beef au Jus
Chicken Francaise
Stuffed Sole
Eggplant Rolitini
Roast Pork

Other Choices are: Chicken Marsala, Baked Sliced Ham, Chicken Parmesan, Baked Chicken, Cavetelli and Broccoli, Eggplant Parmesan, and Sausage and Peppers.

We can have five main course choices.

We also know that we want an eggplant dish, but should it be Parmesan or Rolitini?

Is Chicken Francasie a better choice than the Marsala?

I'd love to hear your opinions!! Thank you!
The dinner also includes: Pasta and sauce, Tossed salad, Roasted potatoes, Fresh Vegetables, Bread and Butter, and Dessert and coffee.

We will also be ordering a wedding cake from an awesome local bakery.
