i ate 8OO calories today so far.
im going to a chinese/japanese buffet.
before i leave;
im going to drink 2 glasses of water [ive been drinking water a lot the whole day]
when i get there im going to fill a maximum of 2 plates of food.
first plate ; whole plate of veggies & salad
2nd plate ; 2/3 plate of veggies/salad and then healthy options.
such as sushi [take out fish & avocado] , no red meat , fish , no fried/oily things.
ill be drinking water the whole time and will use chopsticks [i eat slower that way]
im gonna wait 2O mins to see how full i get.
dessert ;
im allowing myself maximum 2 small desserts [extremeley small]
1 small dessert=2 bite sizes.
and if im full after that , ill stop.
if not im going to just eat fruits.
is this a good plan? im trying to lose weight and i hope this will.
