I'm making a buffet which will be served at 7pm tonight. There will be sausage rolls, sausages, sandwiches with egg, ham, cheese, a spanish tortilla. My question is how long can these items, especially the sausage rolls and sausages stay unrefrigerated safely? They are likely to be taken out of my fridge at 5pm and then they will not be refrigerated on transport to the venue and in the venue.
