im not sure if its fat or from bad posture. i did go from like 140 to 168, mainly because i started eating alot last summer i even got stretch marks on my chest and arms but not severe, but ever since i remember i would always have bad posture i spend alot of time on the computer.
i read it could be cushing's disease, but, no one has it in my family, and i used to be super skinny until i started working out, stopped, then gained some weight from eating lol. i also have bad habit from being at computing hunching over playing games. Could losing weight and working out back muscles or fixing posture take away this hump? It's very small, hardly noticeable, it feels like sort of fat like inflammation, but i can feel the bone if i touch it.
I never knew i had until my gf told me why i walked sorta hunchback and to walk straight cuz i had a little bump and thats where i got concerned, mainly cuz of cushings disease but i doubt its that.
Has anyone had this and lost it when lose weight or fix posture? Im hoping one of those could take this off before its noticeable
