I kinda see life like this:

Say if i go to the doctor and I am sick, and the doctor says you need to start working out exercising, and eating right you will feel better, and i said to the doctor 'man, working out, hurts' no pain, no gain right? then I work out, go through thephysical pain and then i stop being sick, I stop being sick or suffering with my illness by going through pain, through that pain I begain to get better, and afterwards that PAIN ask ANY weight lifter feels good. When I run a mile 8 years ago it hurted, if I run now, that pain feels so good, its enjoyable.

So that why I feel like, when i study buddhism that there is more good in life then there are bad, and the bad stuff can easily be solved depending on the problem. We all know poverty can be solved if people eat, love can be solved if there is no divorce or hardships in relationships etc. If nobody on earth was selfish then much suffering would be gone. Same if nobody cut down trees.

I am on my spiritual path and this is hard for me to understand about buddhism.
