Our BT Home Hub handset doesn't seem to retain its charge. The battery status icon indicates that the handset is fully charged, but when you make a call the handset bleeps after only a few minutes to indicate the battery is low, and then the handset dies!
The batteries in the handset are brand new and the Hub is working fine apart from this.
What could be the problem?
