M McCread. New member Jan 21, 2011 #1 I upgraded from a BT Home Hub 1.5, to a 2.0 a couple of days ago. When I switched to the 2.0, my speed decreased. I spent 2 hours with customer service and they couldn't help me get the previous speed I had with the 1.5 hub. Can anyone help out?
