Brush Teeth Longer to Make Whiter?

So I want to make my teeth whiter and I know one way is by using baking soda and brushing your teeth with it for 5 minutes.

But since I can only do that like once a week or month, I think, is it possible for me to get my teeth whiter by brushing my teeth with toothpaste, with baking soda in it, for 5 minutes instead of 2?

If this works, how long will it take before I see the results? And will I be able to use the toothpaste everyday if I did this?

P.S. By the toothpaste, I mean the ones that have baking soda chemically mixed in with the toothpaste

P.S. I also know another way is to brush your teeth with hydrogen peroxide, but I just want to know if I can brush my teeth with the toothpaste for 5 minutes, that's it. Sorry if that came out wrong

I'm afraid that brushing your teeth longer than the recommended 3 minutes won't make your teeth any whiter. You can buy teeth whitening kits from drugstores, though you can't really know if you are qualified to use them, so your best bet is to go to a dentist for a teeth whitening procedure.

Please do NOT brush your teeth with hydrogen peroxide; it's highly toxic.
