Hi All, New to this,
I started my period at the normal time on the 22/02/2009 and it lasted for the normal 7 days, then i started a new diet with is a very low caloried diet and started exercising on my exercise bike then on the 08/03/2009 i started bleeding for a full 7 days quiet heavily without any period pains other than slight back ache. My period was meant to be due last sunday 22/03/2009 but didn't start and now i'm getting brown discharge when i wipe myself which is also containing little brown clots. I'm also feeling a little puffy inside. I'm definatly not pregant due to taking about 500 tests, what could this be? Ialso bleed after sex, not badly just a little and its usually gone by morning and it down't happen all the time. Could it be the new diet has messed up my period pattern or does it sound like something serious also i do not have an std as i've been with my partner for six years now and he's the only person of been with i also have 2 children, i have been bleeding after sex ever since i started having sex with my partner when i was 18 again, not all the time i bleed, also i am not on any type of pill please please please help! I keep seeing all the paper headlines about jade goody and everytime i do i feel really sick thiinking i have the same thing at 23.
