Did anyone here manage to catch this film on Film4 this week?
I thought it was an unbelievable piece of film making; probably the best war movie i have ever seen.
It's extremely brutal (think the 15 certificate is because it's a foreign film and so has less appeal to mainstream audiences), but incredibly moving at times too.
Overall, if you don't mind having to read what's being said then the film is repeated tonight (14/10) on Film4 at 12:25am. Very late, so Sky plus or record it if you can.
