refute the charge on my card? I purchased an AR.Drone (a helicopter) from Brookstone for $300 and it was broken out of the box. I took it back to Brookstone the next day and they wouldn't do a THING. No refunds, no exchanges, nothing. So we contacted the company (Parrot) and they said they would send replacement parts soon. It's been over 2 weeks and nothing. It seems a few other people are in the same boat as me. Can I refute the charge on my credit card against Brookstone since they sold me broken merchandise and refused to do anything about it?
That's the other thing I'm worried about. What if Brookstone fights back? It will be my word against theirs as to how the helicopter was broken.
So the few people who do get the broken helicopter ($300!) are screwed?!
