I have the lg env touch right now and it does not work correctly. since the day i got it, it has turned off randomly, the screen turns white or black for no reason and certain buttons on the inside don't work right. i have been through many of these phones since none of them work right and it is not a good phone at all and i really would like a totally different phone. i am so sick of this phone and how none of the ones they give me ever work. it is not a well made phone at all. if i go in to get a new phone since i have insurance on it, is it possible that they will give me a completely different one since i have had so many phones with the same issues of this brand?
