Broken Tungsten T5 Hard Case

I've had my T5 Hard Case for about 70 days now...the latch that holds it closed has snapped off, so now it will just flap open at random. Very annoying. Anyone else had this problem? I've called Palm and will call them again today or tomorrow about getting it replaced. The first time I called I got the "It's not our problem, we'll transfer you to the ________ department." Eventually I was right back where I started...on hold for like an hour. Post here if anyone else has had this issue. Thanks.
 
I got mine at Fry's and the day I was reading a similar post about someone elses breaking, mine broke. It just happened to be day 29 of my 30 day return time. They replaced it and so far the new one has not broken. I don't think it's a matter of if my new one will break as well but when? A terrible design. Luckily I got my rebate and the case didn't cost me anything.
 
Yeah, I got the rebate deal as well, but it still makes me ill. They didn't even design the case right. The fact that you have to sit the Palm at a 20 degree angle just to hotsync, use headphones, or use infrared is totally wrong. I'm going to see if they'll replace my case (since I'm within the 90 days that their website gives), and then while I wait for my new one to break, I'll go look for something titanium. Surely someone has capitalized on palmOne's incompetence.
