so i was listening to music on my stereo with headphones in it then the next time i used my stereo without headphones the volume was really low on the speakers even after the speakers were turned up to the loudest volume possible.its only since using the headphones.the speakers are connected properly and all.i even unplugged everything and set it all back up agaun but the problem is still there.what did the headphones do?and how can i fix it?
