Ok I have a 1999 Ford Ranger Xlt V6 with 68K on it it started to run ruff i looked under hood and saw driver side rear plug wire was dancing on plug pull wire of and saw ceramec on plug was broke. When I tried to pull plug out hex part snaped off leaving threads and middle of plug stuck I drove it about 2 mile to shop to have them get out I think they tried an easeout and said it was fuzed to head they drilled a hole in plug so now I cant drive it. Do I have to take head off< If I do should I have booth heads removed with only 68k on it? Or is thair any thing else I can do?
