had the phone for a while but after a friend sent data to it the phone crashed. after that it would not turn on, but the flashing red infra red light went off. this has stopped now as well. battery is fully charged, need to know how i can fix it . Thanks
computor has some recognision of the phone being plugged in but say the device has malfunctioned so cannot be recognised.
