So i brought my 99 chevy 1500 in about a month ago to get the blinkers fixed on it. it turned out to be an electrical problem and they replaced the bussing block and a faulty terminal. now my gas gauge is acting up. while stopped after just moving the gauge jerks back and forth moving about a 1/4 tank each way. then it will eventually read full and then drop down to empty. while driving it says its almost always at 3/4-full tank (dont i wish). So whats wrong with it. what does that bussing block do. does that part have anything to do with the gauge maybe i could take it back in and get it repaired free if so. If not whats the most likely problem with it.
