I have the Storm 1 (w/ Verizon), and its not working correctly (in several different categories). I have insurance on it, however I am so over all the problems I've been having with it. I'm not up for an upgrade yet, but is there anything I can do to get a different phone without having to pay in full (non contract price)? Also, since they made the Storm 2, would I be upgraded to a Storm 2, or just sent a refurbished Storm 1?
