when i turn my nokia n97 on it freezes on the hand shake screen. it then wont turn off, i have to take the battery off. I never took out insurance but shouldn't it have a years manufacturer's guarantee with it. if so how do i go about getting it fixed? ive had it 6-7months. its on a vodafone contract from phones4u.
