A parent put their minor son on a hidden camera tv show by installing hidden cameras in their room,bathroom,car etc without their knowledge or permission.
They found a loophole around ALL of this:

Does anyone know what that loophole is?
When the minor turns 18 would they still be allowed to film new material and broadcast it without his knowledge or consent?Likely a non profit show.Would they beable to use his image without his knowledge or consent?Would a contract be needed for him to sign once he turns 18?
