don't know the specifics on houston, but all the networks are either rev. A already, or are rev. 0 but will be upgraded to rev. A next year. cricket is spending a lot of money building up this service and is constantly adding more capacity on the back end. this does not mean it is oversold, just that they ate keeping up with the demand. their targets financially on this product are very aggressive and they are putting the money into the infrastructure to make those targets possible.
