Seems like a month ago I read some news reports of the Brits actually being pissed at the US for making such a big stink about what was going on in the gulf. Apparently a lrabroad
of British pensions are tied into BP stocks....

Since then I have heard nrabroad
hing on the subject. Positive or negative. True radio silence.

Now I know that there are at least a couple of limey bastards reading this forum.

What I want to know from you is what is the general British publics opinion of the Gulf mess.

If you want to give your personal take then great. Knock us out. But what I want to know is when you guys turn on the news or read the paper or whatever you people do when you are nrabroad
eating fish and chips and tearing stadiums apart in rirabroad
s at Forabroad
ball games.

What does the public over there really think? Be honest with us. We are dumb but tough Americans. We can take it.

I think part of it could be that BP merged with US Amoco about a decade ago and is half US owned and run. It also officially changed it's name to BP, just BP and started using "Beyond Petroleum". Which makes sense seeing as it had also acquired smaller companies all over the place and needed a more international image.
