misunderstood your words? . Briefly describe one specific instance when someone in your work environment misunderstood your words and/or actions. What do you think was the reason for this misunderstanding?

I used to work for a ground transport company and we would tell passengers to meet our drivers at baggage claim M1, yet people would go to terminal M1 instead. Ironically there was a terminal M1, but it was on the wrong floor and the driver would have problems finding the passenger. We are not sure why so many passengers got baggage claim and terminal so mixed up. I think people were unfamiliar with travel and just wanted to make their reservations and be done with it, but they needed to pay attention. I think in general there is a difference between listening and hearing.
