Bridle Paths Summer Camp Questions?

Hopefully I'll be going to this camp and I was just wondering if you ride the same horse the whole time, or ride a different horse every time you ride?

Also, ruby11_96, I think I would be in "Quarter Horse'', because I jump 2.6 :)
What would you be in?
