I am the mother of the groom. I would like to know who pays the dinner for the quests after the marriage ceremony in City Hall. They plan to have a small wedding ceremony with their immediate family and close friends. After the wedding ceremony we are all planning on going to a restaurant to celebrate their marriage. So who pays for all the quests. Or do they know to pay for their own individual dinner. I feel I have to pay since we invited them. What do you say. Thank you.
