Bricked my N73 :(

I was updating the firmware via the NSU tool and got an error halfway threw the process.

Phone wont turn on and the NSU wont detect it. Phoenix tools cant see it either. Im lucky enough to have wyotin in Montreal to un-brick it

Here is my advise to everyone

Unless there are major issues you cannot live without fixing don't update unless you have too. Minor glitches can be lived with and you all lived with them anyways till now.

I just wanted the camera sound to turn off when in silent mode and it wasn't worth bricking the phone for just that

Problems can occur via Phoenix or NSU since they are both PC applications and we all know how flawless PC applications work.

Now im stuck using a V551 (I feel dirty) till my baby comes back to life

Did you touch the phone during the flashing process? 9 times out of 10, people touch their phones and the cable loses connection.

I have flashed my N73 about a dozen times (via NSU and Pheonix) all with success.

well he will just recommend i-unlock..well they do have the tools after all

Well wyotin is the goto guy in Montreal but its a matter of time before something happenes. The more you flash your phone the more chances of something happening with the program, cable, phone or pc its law of averages
